Adoption of the 2025 Community Police Review Board Meeting Calendar

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends the Community Police Review Board review and adopt the calendar of 2025 meeting dates.
BACKGROUND
San Leandro Administrative Code section 15.3.100 sets the regular meeting schedule for the Community Police Review Board (CPRB) as follows:
• Regular meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
• Regular meeting dates may be rescheduled if they fall on an observed City holiday
Further, the City Council Member Handbook, most recently adopted by Resolution No. 2024-059, establishes the month of August as annual recess. The August recess is applicable to all boards and commissions.
Staff has prepared the draft calendar for the 2025 CPRB meeting dates as listed below:
• January 15, 2025
• February 19, 2025
• March 19, 2025
• April 16, 2025
• May 21, 2025
• June 18, 2025
• July 16, 2025
• September 17, 2025
• October 15, 2025
• November 19, 2025
• December 17, 2025
No holiday conflicts have been identified for the 2025 meeting dates.
