1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m.

3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
3.A. 22-266 LINKS Shuttle Updates
Mike Oliver delivered a presentation regarding updates to the LINKS Shuttle Program.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter requests that staff find out if funds that are used to pay AC Transit, for the Free Student Transit Pass Program, can be allocated to the LINKS Shuttle Program for students who use the shuttles.
-Councilmember Azevedo asked Mike Oliver to ensure the onboard air conditioning is maintained by the providers.

3.B. 22-267 Manor Boulevard Parking Restrictions Survey
Sheila Marquises and Nicole Castelino presented an update of Manor Boulevard.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter would like to discuss options of street sweepers accessing bike lanes and a more aggressive survey approach to get public feedback. Additionally, she’d like to discuss future design plans to consider moving motor traffic to one side of the road, protected bike lanes on the other side and upgrading residential sidewalks.
-Councilmember Azevedo recommends getting more public input prior to removing parking and future designs to consider adding protected bike lanes. Additionally, he’d like to discuss no-parking signs for street sweeping days to accommodate a cleaner community overall.
-Councilmember Cox would like to discuss street striping benefits in future design planning.

3.C. 22-268 Staff Project Update
Sheila Marquises discussed Crosstown Corridor IV upcoming meeting with the public to discuss the protected bike lane option and retrieve feedback. Nick Thom delivered an update on Capital Improvement projects.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter requested that Nick Thom get PG&E plans for the Macarthur Superior Roundabout project. She requested Councilmember Cox follow up with Caltrans on progress made towards approval. She also requested placement of three bollards in front of the homes that are in immediate danger from motorists, during construction delays for roundabout.

Sheila Marquises discusses future agenda items from June that will be moved to the May meeting and new June agenda items.
