The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
3.A. 22-329 Memorial Park Improvement Project
Nick Thom delivered a presentation regarding the Memorial Park Improvement Project.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Committee directed staff to proceed with design for the full park and acknowledged that the cost will exceed the amount currently budgeted for the project.
-Mayor Cutter wants to discuss funding options that do not include removing funding from Thrasher Skate Park.

3.B. 22-330 East Bay Greenway (EBGW) Multimodal Project Update
Aleida Andrino-Chavez and Jhay Delos Reyes, Alameda County Transportation Commission, presented on the East Bay Greenway (EBGW) Multimodal Project.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter wants to discuss design options that have Protected Bikeways and sidewalk as well as design options that prevent puddles that are generated from flat-sidewalk designs. Additionally, she’d like up to date illustrations of sidewalk designs for each meeting.
-Mayor Cutter wants to discuss future plans for reducing speeds, in adherence to design regulations for AC Transit bus stops. She’d like an update on the progress of ACTC legislation for ticketing speeding vehicles to deter speeding.
-Councilmember Cox wants the committee to start receiving the same mail notifications that the public receives, for project proposals.

3.C. 22-331 Staff Project Update
Dane Rodgers delivered a presentation on current Land Development projects.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter would like to discuss extending cross town bike routes through Davis Street and coordinate with the repaving of Davis Street for the ACTC project.
-Councilmember Cox would like to discuss maintaining the same number of trees during projects that require tree removals.

3.D. 22-332 Future Agenda Items
Sheila Marquises discussed future agenda items for prioritization.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-Mayor Cutter wants more public outreach for SB 35 Project and more public outreach on projects. Additionally, she wants more information on AC Transit’s plans for BRT.
-Councilmember Cox wants to discuss details to connect the San Lorenzo Creek to the Bay Trail.
