March 2, 2022

San Leandro City Council’s Facilities and Transportation Committee conducted this meeting in accordance with the State Emergency Services Act, the Governor’s Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19, and the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

AC Transit delivered a presentation regarding updates to the bus transit services provided to the City of San Leandro.

3.B. 22-127 Presentation on East Bay Greenway Phase I Presentation
Aleida Andrino-Chavez delivered a presentation regarding updates to the East Bay Greenway Multimodal Corridor Project Phase I.

3.C. 22-128 Staff Project Updates
Sheila Marquises provided a monthly calendar outlook on upcoming agenda discussion items.

-There were public comments from Juan Gonzales and Diane Shaw.
3.D. 22-129 Future Agenda Items
Sheila Marquises provided a monthly calendar outlook on upcoming agenda discussion items.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
-The committee members agree to cancel the April 6 Regular meeting and hold a Special Meeting on April 13. The committee members agree to discuss the LINKS Shuttle update and Manor Blvd Parking Restriction Poll at the Special Meeting.
-Councilmember Cox would like a budget update in the May meeting.
