RESOLUTION Approving the Measure HH, OO, PP, and NN Citizens Oversight Committee’s Annual Report on Measure HH, OO, PP and NN Taxes for Fiscal Year 2016-17
Body
WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, the Measure HH half-cent sales tax ordinance was approved by 64% of the voters; and
WHEREAS, on November 1, 2016, Measure OO, PP, and NN passed by 66%, 68% and 74% of voters, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the Measure HH, OO, PP and NN ordinances require that a Citizens Oversight Committee be created; and
WHEREAS, the Measure HH, OO, PP and NN ordinances require an annual report, prepared by the Citizens Oversight Committee, be presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Measure HH, OO, PP, and NN Citizens Oversight Committee’s annual report on Measure HH, OO, PP, AND NN Taxes, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Annual Report on Measure HH, OO, PP, and NN Taxes for Fiscal Year 2016-17 is hereby approved.
