RESOLUTION Approving the Compensation Plan Between the City of San Leandro and the Confidential Employees Group for the Period July 1, 2015 Through June 30, 2020
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the City of San Leandro and the Confidential Employees Group; and
WHEREAS, a Compensation Plan and Salary Schedules between the City and the Confidential Employees Group, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020, were presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Compensation Plan and Salary Schedules are hereby approved; and
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said Compensation Plan and make non-substantive revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and
3. That an original executed Compensation Plan shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
