RESOLUTION Rejecting All Bids for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Asphalt Replacement, Project No. 2015.0260 (rejects all bids for this project)

WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on August 10, 2017, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the work; and
WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for comparison and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director recommends that the proposals for said work be rejected.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids for the WPCP Asphalt Replacement, Project No. 2015.0260.
