SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

On June 5, 2023, the City Council held a public meeting to review the first reading of an Ordinance to end the City’s Residential Eviction Moratorium effective July 31, 2023. By a 6-0-1 vote (Councilmember Reynes was absent), the City Council approved the first reading of the Ordinance.
