Staff recommends the City Council hold a public hearing, publish the Draft FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for a 30-day comment period (March 31st - April 30th, 2014), and set a public hearing for May 5, 2014 to consider final approval of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan.
