RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution to authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 1 to an Existing Non-Professional Services Agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for street cleanup for an increase of $79,609 for a total not to exceed amount of $179,609

Staff would like to increase the amount of this contract to obligate the remaining ARPA funds allocated for this project before the end of December 2024. The funds are allowed to be expended through the end of 2026.
