Resolution Approving the 2012-3013 Five-Year Project List for Underground Utility Conversion Projects

Body

      WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 1992, amend the Underground Utility District Master Plan (Plan).  Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the next five years; and

      WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered a Five-Year Project List for Underground Utility Conversion projects.

      NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

      That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated as the 2012-2013 Five-Year Underground Utility Conversion Project List:

a.      East 14^th Street - Phase 2 - 150^th Avenue to Thornton Street

b.      Merced Street - Marina Boulevard to Fairway Drive

c.      Eden Road - Doolittle Drive to Davis Street

d.      Marina Boulevard - Doolittle Drive to Monarch Bay Drive

e.      MacArthur Boulevard - Superior Avenue to Joaquin Avenue
