The Disaster Council conducted this meeting in accordance with the State Emergency Services Act, the Governor's Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19, and the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020.

2.A. City of San Leandro response to COVID-19

Mayor Cutter shared information on
* The development of a possible Wildland JPA with multiple jurisdictions in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties
* Bayfair Mall may have new owners and need to discuss with them recommending using them as a cooling center.
* The Council will be looking into how to transition to focus on other emergency management issues beyond COVID.
