ADOPT: Resolution Approving a FY 2012-13 Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Homebuyer Agency for $33,065 (approves the annual agreement for administration of the City's First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs)

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bay Area Home Buyer Agency, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized for the Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $33,065 related to the administration of the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs by Bay Area Home Buyer Agency.
