RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a 5 Year Consulting Services Agreement with Invengo Technology Corp to Install and Configure a New Radio Frequency Identification System for Inventory Control and Security of the Library’s Collection for a Not to Exceed Amount of $358,491.04 in Fiscal Year 2020-21 and then $26,234 Annually Through Fiscal Year 2024-25.

WHEREAS, the San Leandro Public Library Foundation generously donated $52,000 to the Library’s Radio Frequency Identification project; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Invengo Technology Corp, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is funded as follows:
Fiscal Year 2020-21 (Year #1 Total: $358,491.04)
• $258,491.04 from Fund 688-13-121-7410
• $48,000 from Fund 150-68-012-7410
• $52,000 from the San Leandro Public Library Foundation
Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Year #2 Total: $26,234)
• $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310
Fiscal Year 2022-23 (Year #3 Total: $26,234)
• $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310
Fiscal Year 2023-24 (Year #4 Total: $26,234)

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
