RESOLUTION Approving an Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and Crosslink Networks (approves one agreement for a not to exceed amount of $93,600.00 to be charged in monthly installments over a three year period beginning in 2016-17 within the IT operating budget)

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Crosslink Networks is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement with Crosslink Networks for a not to exceed amount of $93,600.00 over three years is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized and
That the amount of $2,600.00 per month beginning in the 2016-17 IT Operating Budget (Account 688-13-001-5890) is hereby authorized per said agreement.
