Body
WHEREAS, Measure B has made funds available to the City by the Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC); and
 
WHEREAS, the Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue Traffic Signal Project was forwarded to the Alameda CTC as a high priority Bicycle and Pedestrian Project with the completion of the 2010 Update of the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the said funds be incorporated into the Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue Traffic Signal project.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
 
That an appropriation of funds be made from Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds in the amount of $55,000.
