SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the current agreement with the East Bay SPCA, extending the term for an additional eighteen months and increasing the total not to exceed amount of compensation by $579,500, for a total amount not to exceed $1,517,000.
