RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Non-Professional Services Agreement with Arborist Now, Inc. for Boulevard Yarwood Sycamore Tree Trimming

WHEREAS, an amendment to the existing non-professional services agreement between the City of San Leandro and Arborist Now, Inc., a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment to the existing non-professional services agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
