ADOPT: Resolution Approving a Sewer Agency Charge Billing and Collection Agreement with East Bay Municipal Utility District to Conduct Sewer Utility Commercial Account Billing Services for 10 Years, Effective July 1, 2013 (provides for the continuation of billing services for the City's commercial sewer accounts)

WHEREAS, an amendment to extend the original agreement between the City of San Leandro and East Bay Municipal Utility District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
