SUMMARY

Amendment No. 3 to the Non-Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. adds $458,890 in funding to support Citywide tree maintenance services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. This work will complete zone-based maintenance in Council Districts 1 and 2 and advance implementation of the Tree Master Plan, adopted in January 2025.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Non-Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. in the amount of $458,890 for Citywide tree maintenance services during FY 2025-2026.
