SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATIONS
During the FY 2027 Mid-cycle budget process, Finance Committee directed staff to explore and analyze potential drawdown scenarios from the City’s Pension Trust to assist in stabilizing budgetary challenges, while ensuring the City’s ability to meet long-term obligations.
Staff will present an analysis of the Pension Trust and recommend that the Finance Committee receive the presentation and engage in discussion and input on the analysis.
