RECOMMENDATION
This matter was scheduled and noticed for a Public Hearing at the City Council meeting date of March 21, 2016. On March 7th, after already noticing the public hearing for this item, staff had additional clarifying questions of the proposed contractor, needed to finalize the staff report and associated attachments. The City has rescheduled this matter to the April 4, 2016 City Council agenda.
Staff recommends that the City Council make a motion to continue this matter to the April 4, 2016 City Council meeting.
