SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff will update the Committee on background information related to VMT and its legislative requirements. Staff will present information for recommended VMT analysis process, its screening criteria, thresholds of significance and mitigation measures. The presentation will outline proposed updates to the General Plan.
Staff will present a VMT Policy to City Council for adoption at a later date.
