RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Accept an Adjustment to the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget to Add a Full-Time Administrative Assistant III to the City Clerk Division of the City Manager’s Office.

WHEREAS, the City Council accepted a budget amendment for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 on March 15, 2021; and

 

WHEREAS, a further budget adjustment is necessary to add a full-time Administrative Assistant III to the City Clerk’s Division of the City Manager’s Office due to the increase demands upon the Division;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

 

That the FY 2020-2021 City of San Leandro Budget is hereby amended to appropriate $21,674 to the City Clerk’s account 010-11-030 and $10,676 to the Records Management account 010-11-033 to fund a full-time Administrative Assistant III position to the City Clerk’s Division of the City Manager’s Office.
