SUMMARY
The attached Ordinance to increase the City Manager’s emergency purchasing authority from $50,000 to $200,000 was introduced on September 16, 2024 by a 6-0-1 vote (Councilmember Viveros- Walton absent) and is presented for a second reading.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council hold the second reading and adopt the Ordinance included as Attachment A.
