SUMMARY
The attached Ordinance was introduced on May 1, 2023, by a 7-0 vote and is presented for a second reading to amend Zoning Code Section 1.12.108 and Section 2.10.200 to update the definition of Research and Development Services and to reclassify it as a permitted use from a conditional use in the B-TOD District.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that the City Council hold the second reading and adopt the Ordinance included as Attachment A.
