RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Management Agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation and Authorizing the City Manager to Terminate the Existing Lease Agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation
Body
WHEREAS, a Management Agreement and a Termination of Lease Agreement between the City of San Leandro and American Golf Corporation, copies of which are attached, are presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
