Body
      The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2012 business license tax, solid waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, community compliance code enforcement violation penalties and/or weed abatement charges, false alarm responses, Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA) fees, and Sewer Service charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 16, 2012 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577.
 
      At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.
 
      NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
 
      That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled.
