Staffreport

SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The Fiscal Year 2015-16 budget includes $35,000 for the design, printing and installation of new street banners on East 14^th and Davis Streets.  Staff engaged PilotCity to develop six new two-sided designs.  Pilot City engaged the community and presented the designs to the Arts Commission for input on January 13, 2016.  On February 16, 2016, the banner designs were presented to the City Council.  Based on City Council input, the designs have been revised (see attachment) and are being brought to the City Council for approval.
