RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a $59,600 Consulting Services Agreement with Freyer and Laureta, Inc. for Design of a Sanitary Sewer Force Main and Valve Vault Covers; and to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and Approve Contract Amendments Up to 15% (or $8,940) of the Original Contract Amount; (provides for the design of certain sanitary sewer improvements)

 

 

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Freyer and Laureta, Inc. is presented to this City Council; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:

 

1.                     That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and

 

2.                     That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and

 

3.                     That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution; and

 

4.                     That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to negotiate and approve contract amendments up to a maximum of $8,940, which is 15% of the original contract amount.
