Staff will present the conceptual design of the Shoreline Park.
BACKGROUND
The City desires to transform the existing Marina and supporting parking lots into a 13 acre park. In accordance with public input the park is envisioned to be for passive recreation, a place for walking or gathering but not for organized sports. The committee last received a project update in February of 2022. Staff has completed public input and developed a conceptual plan for the committee to review. The conceptual plan will also be presented to the entire City Council at an upcoming work session.
