Title

RESOLUTION Approving a Consultant Services Agreement with Towill, Inc. for Surveying Services on the Water Pollution Control Plant Asphalt Replacement Project, Project 2015.0260, in the Amount of $86,062 to Be Funded by Water Pollution Control Plant Enterprise Funds

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Towill, Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and

That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve individual change orders up to a maximum of $8,606, which is 10% of the original contract amount, each; and

That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative change orders up to a maximum of $21,515, which is 25% of the original contract amount.
