Resolution Approving Changing the Name of a Portion of 150th Avenue Between Portofino Circle and the City Border to Bayfair Center

Body

      WHEREAS, a proposal to change the name of a portion of 150^th Avenue, between Portofino Circle and the eastern border of the City, to Bayfair Center has been made; and,

      WHEREAS, Bayfair Center desires the change and staff has coordinated the proposal with Bayfair Center, Alameda County and Caltrans.

      NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that the name of a portion of 150^th Avenue between Portofino Circle and the City border is to be changed to "Bayfair Center", and staff is authorized to work with Caltrans to implement the change.
