RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council  Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Consulting Services Agreement With the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce For $50,000  To Support New And Ongoing Economic Development Services

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
