A petition was received at the July 15, 2013, City Council meeting. The petition requested revitalization of a portion of Bancroft Avenue, from the border (Durant Avenue) to Oakes Boulevard, a length of approximately one-half mile. Staff has prepared a memorandum (attached) detailing the requested projects and the estimated costs.
