RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a Non-Professional Services Agreement with McNabb Construction, Inc. for Purchase and Installation of Decomposed Granite at the City Dog Park for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $150,000

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and McNabb Construction, Inc., a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
