ADOPT: Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for Annual Sidewalk Repair Program 2012-13, Project No. 2013.0050 (provides for removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks, driveway approaches, curbs, and gutters throughout the City and installation of ADA compliant curb ramps at curb returns using Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds; Measure B Streets and Roads Funds; TDA Grant Funds; and CDBG Funds)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed and considered the Categorical Exemption prepared for the Annual Sidewalk Repair Program, Project No. 2013.0050, and any comments received.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That pursuant to Section 15301(C) of the CEQA Guidelines, the project is categorically exempt from review; and
2. That the specifications, special provisions and plans for said project are hereby approved; and
3. That bids are hereby called for and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice thereof once in the official newspaper of the City; and
4. That said bids shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk on or before the date and time specified in the public notice, at which such specified date, time, and place said bids will be publicly opened and read; and
5. That said bids, after being publicly opened and read, will be calculated by the Engineering and Transportation Director; and
6. That the results of the bidding and the calculation of the Engineering and Transportation Director will be reported to the City Council at a regular meeting thereafter.
