SUMMARY
The attached Ordinance was introduced on July 6, 2026, by a 4-1-2 vote, with Mayor González voting no, and Councilmembers Viveros-Walton and Victor Aguilar absent, and is presented for a second reading. The ordinance would modify off-street parking regulations and establish Transportation Demand Management (TDM) regulations related primarily to new development in San Leandro.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommend that the City Council hold the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-009 as shown in Attachment A.
