November 18, 2021

The Disaster Council conducted this meeting in accordance with the State Emergency Services Act, the Governor's Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19, and the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020.

The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m.

2.A. City of San Leandro response to COVID-19

Mayor Cutter notified all participants that the meetings will now be quarterly, starting in February 2022, though if there is a need, additional meetings can be scheduled.

Vice Mayor Aguilar mentioned that he would like to continue with monthly meetings so updates could be provided in the face of case rates risen and the upcoming holidays.

Councilmember Ballew mentioned that while we are not in wind down mode, monthly meetings are not necessary, though he appreciates the communication with partners throughout this whole event. He has been attending the Alameda County Public Health briefing for ele...
