RESOLUTION Approving the Measure HH Citizens Oversight Committee’s Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2014-15

Body

WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, the Measure HH half-cent sales tax ordinance was approved by 64% of the voters; and

WHEREAS, the Measure HH ordinance requires that a Citizens Oversight Committee be created; and

WHEREAS, the Measure HH ordinance requires an annual report, prepared by the Citizens Oversight Committee, be presented to the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Measure HH Citizens Oversight Committee’s annual report on Measure HH Sales Tax, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2014-15 is hereby approved.
