RESOLUTION Overruling Protests (2014 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Certified Unified Program Agency Fees, and Community Compliance Code Enforcement Charges)

The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2014 business license tax, solid waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, and community compliance code enforcement charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2014 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577.
At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled.
