RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a $50,000 Consulting Services Agreement with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce To Support New And Ongoing Economic Development Services and to Appropriate $50,000 to Fund the Agreement

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.  and

The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $50,000 from the undesignated General Fund reserves to account 010-14-010-8513.
