SUMMARY
The attached Ordinance was introduced on November 3, 2025, by a 6-0-1 vote (Councilmember Azevedo absent) and is presented for a second reading. The ordinance would update regulations pertaining to the sale of tobacco-related products and e-cigarette-related products in San Leandro.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommend that the City Council hold the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2025-014 as shown in Attachment A.
