The Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program Amendments, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to the City Council.
The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
The City Manager has recommended approval of said amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendments to the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program are hereby approved.
