RESOLUTION Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Architectural Resources Group, Inc. for Conceptual Design for the Casa Peralta Improvement Project, Project No. 2016.0560 (provides conceptual design for the subject project in the amount of $65,800 and cumulative change orders up to $16,450, to be funded by General Funds)
Body
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Architectural Resources Group, Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve individual change orders up to a maximum of $6,580.00, which is 10% of the original contract amount, each; and
That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative change orders up to a maximum of $16,450.00, which is 25% of the original contract amount.
