SUMMARY
Morgan Mack-Rose, Executive Director of the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District, will present an overview of 2025 activities and accomplishments and upcoming 2026 events. The Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District (also known as SLIA - the San Leandro Improvement Association) is primarily funded by property owner assessments and provides enhanced amenities, cleaning, safety, and marketing services for a vibrant Downtown San Leandro.
