RESOLUTION Approving an Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and Conterra Wireless Broadband, LLC to Lease City-Fibers for the San Leandro Unified School District

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Conterra Wireless Broadband, LLC has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement with Conterra Wireless Broadband, LLC in the amount of $1,764 to be paid annually to the City of San Leandro, with no additional cost incurred by the City of San Leandro is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
