SUMMARY

The second amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement with Larry Walker Associates, Inc. (LWA) will enable the City to continue planning for urgent stormwater compliance-related program development, implementation, and reporting.

The proposed amendment will fund LWA's ongoing services through the next fiscal year ending on June 30, 2027.
