RESOLUTION Approving the HOME Consortium Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the County of Alameda for Federal Fiscal Years 2015-2017 (authorizes the continued participation of the City of San Leandro in the Alameda County HOME Consortium)

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the County of Alameda, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
