BACKGROUND

The Broadband Connection Program is an incentive program offered by the City to assist businesses in connecting to broadband infrastructure by providing matching funds in the form of a forgivable loan.  The $15,000 check being presented tonight covers half of the $30,000 cost to connect to Lit San Leandro.
